New Statement Process

As of January 1, 2025, you will be receiving a statements from a new 3rd party processor.  This statement will look like; 

You can elect to sign-up for e-statements at oregonoccmed.themailexchange.com if desired.  This portal allows you to pay online as well as access your invoices and statements online via a secure payment portal. This new process does not affect your ability to access invoices, statements, test results, and other useful information via your PUREOHS portal.   

If you prefer, you can also go direct to our website; oregonoccmed.com and click the “make payment” button at the top of the page or mail a check to; 19365 SW 65th Ave Ste 100 Tualatin OR 97062.

Please note:

Effective January 1, 2025 the following fees have been implemented on invoices & payments;

  1. A 3% surcharge fee when paying by credit card.
  2. A 0.6% Corporate Activity Tax i.e. CAT tax on all invoices regardless of payment type.

There will be no other increases in pricing or fees this year other than those related to hard cost items where our expense is passed through i.e.; labs, vaccines, or supplies as the costs of those items are too volatile to predict.
