  • On site visit from Physical Therapist 
  • Interview with jobsite supervisor regarding areas of concern 
  • Interview of employees during task completion 
  • Observation of body mechanics, workstations, positioning, equipment and lighting 
  • Development of a thorough risk assessment report, outlining solutions and recommendations 
  • Follow up meeting with management to review details of report as needed
